About Sandra Trzanowski-Gawley, LCSW
With over 12 years of experience, I provide therapy to adults and couples throughout New York and New Jersey. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients heal from painful experiences, strengthen emotional connections, and create lasting change.
I support adults and couples navigating trauma, infidelity, marriage concerns, grief, and relationship wounds that continue to impact their lives today. Many of my clients have spent years being the strong one for everyone else, only to find themselves feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck.
